On a regular basis of my skincare routine, I don't really use a cleansing pad since I don't use make-up at all or I just find facial wash enough for me. However, I was excited when I was gifted this product as it is completely new for me. From then, I have used this cleansing pad from on and off after work before dinner and while it's been a year since I last used this product, let me share with you my honest review of Dalnara's Another Bright #1 Cleansing Pad.
Anyway, without further adieu, let's jump to my product review.
Brand - Another Bright:
Another South Korean brand called Another Bright, I must admit that I am not familiar with the brand at all. I looked and searched everywhere up to LinkedIn, Naver and Google but can't find anything.
So far, I only got to know about the manufacturer as below:
- Product was manufactured by DAL Factory (which is a Beauty Content Commerce Company as written in LinkedIn) as per the packaging hence probably the Dalnara name of the distributor? This is only my assumption.
- However, in eBay, they said that the product was manufactured by Genecellpharm (this sounds out of nowhere)
Trust me, I have tried my best but really can't find anything about the brand so I'll probably stop here.
Product - Another Bright Cleansing Pad:
Another Bright #1 Cleansing Pad, also known as Naturalism Multi Skincare Cleansing Pad, are round sheets/pads for cleaning your face and wiping off the make up while keeping your skin moisturized.
Claims:
- Makeup removal
- Cleansing routine
- Clean up in one swipe
- Keeping skin moisturized while cleansing thoroughly
Ingredients:
As seen from BeautyBoxKorea, the ingredients of this product are Purified Water, Butylene Glycol, Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycerin, etc.
Found from one blog called Jeban.com, she wrote that the product contains the following below however I do not know where she got this information so please do your own research as well.
- Allantoin which is a natural plant extracts that reduces irritation skin allergy and reinforcing new tissues that make skin healthy
- Dead Sea Salt & Dead Sea Mud which increases the efficiency of skin rejuvenation and solves unhealthy skin problems such as lack of moisture
Personal Thoughts - Dalnara's Another Bright Cleansing Pad Review:
First, let's look back at what I wrote last year - 2020.
True enough, I find the additional step in my skincare routine a little overwhelming and I still find the tub bulky up to this day. However, I liked that it served its purpose (basically to clean).
If incorporated on my regular skincare routine, I have mixed feelings to be honest. First I am lazy and the product doesn't give me any long-term results and second, I am, again, lazy hehehe. Besides, I don't use make up anyway so an additional step to clean my face is not my thing.
However, I love this product during my hiking trips! It's a life-saver for me because:
- I don't need water to wash/clean my face
- I am not wasting any plastic/sachets since each pad is inside one tub
- Cleansing pad is so easy to use, lightweight and my skin feels fresh and moisturized that I don't need to put anything on my face afterwards
- While it is bulky, it is light and I can spot it easily on my big backpack/duffel bag
So my overall thought? I loved this product absolutely! I will definitely buy another tub before my week-long hikes in the future and my skin will never by dehydrated and dirty in the mountains anymore!
